Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. They set out the agreement between you and Integrated Self when you use this site or book any service.

Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing this website and engaging in any coaching, mentoring, embodiment, somatic, or nutrition-related services offered by Michelle Kubasek and Integrated Self (together, 'the Practice'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or book a session.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and participants of any program, course, workshop, or one-to-one offering associated with the Practice.

Description of Services

Integrated Self offers embodiment coaching, somatic and energy mastery work, mindset and pattern work, recovery support, and integrated nutrition guidance. Services are educational and supportive in nature and are intended to help you develop a deeper relationship with your own body, nervous system, and energy.

Services are offered through one-to-one sessions, group programs, online courses, workshops, keynotes, and organizational programs. The format, duration, and content of any service will be agreed upon before booking.

Not Medical or Mental Health Advice

Nothing provided by the Practice constitutes medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other licensed healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Michelle Kubasek is a Registered Dietitian; however, the coaching and embodiment services offered through Integrated Self are not provided in the capacity of a medical or clinical dietitian unless explicitly agreed in writing for a specific clinical engagement.

The information, practices, and guidance shared are not a substitute for consultation, evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified licensed healthcare provider. If you have or suspect you have a medical or mental health condition, please consult a licensed physician or mental health professional. Always seek the advice of your qualified health providers with any questions regarding a medical or psychological condition.

Do not disregard, avoid, or delay obtaining medical or mental health advice from a qualified professional because of something you have read on this site or heard in a session. If you are in crisis or believe you may be in danger, contact emergency services immediately.

Scheduling and Sessions

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. The Practice will confirm the date, time, format (video, phone, or in person), and duration of each session in advance. You are responsible for attending at the agreed time and for providing a quiet, private, and safe environment for remote sessions.

Sessions begin and end at the agreed times. Time lost to late arrival is not added to the end of a session.

Payment, Fees, and Billing

Fees for services are communicated before booking and are quoted in US dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing. Payment may be made by the methods displayed at checkout or on your invoice.

Packages and programs are billed as a whole and must be paid in full before the first session unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed. Payment plans, where offered, must be honored on the agreed schedule; failure to keep a payment plan current may result in pausing or ending services.

All fees are non-transferable and may be used only by the client who booked them. The Practice reserves the right to adjust fees for future bookings; any change applies only to new bookings and not to sessions already paid for.

  • ·Payment is due before the session unless otherwise agreed.
  • ·Packages must be paid in full before the first session.
  • ·Payment plans must be kept current to continue services.
  • ·Fees are non-transferable between clients.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Cancelled sessions are refunded at 50% of the purchase price. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, are charged in full and are not refundable or transferable.

Packages expire one year from the date of purchase. Unused sessions within a package are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Programs and courses are non-refundable once begun. If you cancel a program before it begins, a refund of 50% of the purchase price will be issued.

The Practice reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session for illness, emergency, or scheduling conflict. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered at no additional cost.

Touch and Physical Contact (In-Person Sessions)

Some in-person sessions may include gentle, supportive touch as part of somatic and embodiment work. Touch is never required, is always voluntary, and occurs only with your informed consent.

You may decline touch at any time, for any reason, without explanation, and your choice will not affect the quality or continuation of your care. You may also withdraw consent to touch at any point during a session, verbally or by gesture, and the touch will stop immediately.

Touch in this practice is therapeutic and educational in nature and is not medical, sexual, or romantic in any way. Any touch that occurs stays within the scope of the agreed work and within your stated boundaries. You are encouraged to name your boundaries before and during any in-person session.

If you have a history of trauma or have any concerns about touch, please share what feels safe to share so the work can be adapted. You are always the authority on your own body.

  • ·Touch is voluntary and requires your informed consent.
  • ·You may decline or withdraw consent at any time, without explanation.
  • ·Touch is therapeutic and educational, never sexual or romantic.
  • ·Your boundaries guide the work at all times.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own wellbeing throughout our work together. Coaching and embodiment practices are collaborative and require your active participation. Results depend on your own effort, history, and circumstances, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health and history to the extent it is relevant, and to inform the Practice of any changes that may affect your participation.

Confidentiality

Information shared in sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where disclosure is required by law, where there is a risk of serious harm to you or others, or where you provide written authorization.

The Practice may consult with professional supervisors or mentors; in those cases, identifying details are removed wherever possible.

You engage in services at your own risk and are responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the guidance offered.
